Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 700 g currants, black
  • 700 g rock candy

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

without alcohol

Alternate currants and rock sugar in an airtight jar. Place in a sunny window and let stand (from the summer harvest) until the end of November. Do not open the jar during this time. Strain and pour into small bottles. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times daily or stir into tea. Suitable for children two years and older.
