simple, delicious, with vegetarian alternative

Mix the quark with the goat’s cheese and mustard. Stir the finely chopped herbs into the quark mixture. Season with sea salt and mixed pepper. Spread this mixture on both sides of the bread rolls. Top the bottom half with tomato slices and two slices of Parma ham each. For the vegetarian version, halve the avocado and cut into thin slices, then top the bread rolls with tomato slices and avocado slices. Wash the basil leaves, spin dry, and tear them apart. Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan and place them on the ham or avocado with the basil. Cover with the top half of the bread roll. Smoked salmon also tastes good instead of Parma ham.
