Party Sun
For the dough, we knead together flour, oil, water, salt, yeast, and pizza seasoning. Once that’s done, the dough needs to rise for 30 minutes. Then divide the dough into two equal pieces and roll them out into a circle with a diameter of 28 to 30 centimeters. Place the bottom piece on the baking sheet. For the filling: Chop all ingredients and knead into a minced meat mixture. Place the mixture on the bottom piece of dough. Then place the second piece of dough on top. Place a cereal bowl over the middle piece and press the dough down firmly. Prick all around with a fork. Seal the outer edges with the fork as well. I drew a face in the center. Now, using a sharp knife, cut evenly up to the middle ring. Turn the dough pieces over to form “rays” so that the filling faces up. Finally, before baking, the sun is brushed with beaten egg and then placed in the preheated oven at 160 degrees for 45 minutes.
