Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 1 pack of yeast
  • 250 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Poppy seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds etc.
  • Herbal mixture
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine flour, yeast, lukewarm milk, 1 tablespoon of butter, and salt to form a dough. Cover and let rest in a warm place for about 20 minutes. Then knead and divide. Sprinkle the rolls with poppy seeds, sunflower seeds, and a mixed herb mixture. Cover briefly and let rise a little. Bake in the oven at 180°C until crispy brown.
