Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g flour
  • ¼ liter buttermilk
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 200 g quark
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

lightning fast and delicious

Mix all ingredients and form rolls from the dough, scoring if necessary. Bake for 20 minutes at approximately 180°C until golden brown. If you’re unsure, simply pierce the rolls with a thin skewer. When no more dough sticks to them, remove them, and enjoy.
