Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 450 ml water, lukewarm
- 250 g Flour (wholemeal spelled flour)
- 250 g flour (wheat flour)
- 5 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp natural yogurt
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp spice mix, for bread (optional)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Dissolve the dried yeast and honey in warm water and let stand in a warm place for about 20 minutes. Add the natural yogurt, salt, spices, sunflower seeds, and flour and knead well. Place the dough in a greased baking pan and let it rise in a warm place for another 15 minutes. Place the bread in the preheated oven. Tip: Place a heatproof bowl of water on the bottom of the oven. Baking time: approximately 40 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) using conventional oven heating.
