Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs, including the yolk
- 250 g sugar
- ½ packet of vanilla sugar
- 125 ml oil
- 125 ml water
- 250 g flour, grippy
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 4 eggs, of which the egg whites
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whisk the egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add the oil and water and continue stirring. Sift the flour with the baking powder and fold in. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture.
