Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g sunflower seed flour
  • 450 g spelt flour type 630
  • 40 g sunflower seeds, or more
  • 1 bag(s) of dry yeast
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 350 ml water
  • n. B. Sunflower seeds for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

with sunflower flour

Mix the dry ingredients and knead with water and maple syrup for about 10 minutes using a food processor (or by hand, of course). Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 to 1.5 hours. It should have increased in volume considerably. Now, with floured hands, form 10 rolls, cut them crosswise, brush with water or salt, and sprinkle with sunflower seeds, if desired. Set the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) and let the rolls rise, covered, until the oven reaches the right temperature. Bake on the middle rack for about 18 to 20 minutes. 221 kcal per serving.
