Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 ml balsamic vinegar
- 500 ml grape juice, red
- 100 ml orange juice
- 100 g brown sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 minute; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 31 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer uncovered over low heat for about 1 to 1.5 hours. Once the reduction bubbles and is bubbling vigorously, remove from the heat. You’ll end up with about 300 ml of reduction, which will have a slightly tart flavor. Tip: If you want it sweeter, you can also use 150 g of sugar.
