Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g margarine
- 150 g sugar
- 4 egg whites
- 4 egg yolks
- 80 g chocolate shavings
- 200 g hazelnuts, ground
- 1 jar sour cherries
- some flour, for the cherries
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Grease a 26 cm springform pan. Beat the margarine, sugar, and egg yolks until fluffy. Add the grated chocolate and nuts. Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently fold in. Pour the batter into the pan. Drain the cherries well, dust them with a little flour (to help them sink in more slowly), and spread them over the batter. Bake for about 60 minutes.
