Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 ml milk
- 120 g powdered sugar
- 4 tbsp cocoa
- 3 tbsp flour
- 50 g block chocolate, semi-sweet
- some vanilla or vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- Pistachios or desiccated coconut
- possibly fruits as topping
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 35 minutes

Pour the cold milk into a saucepan and heat. Gently stir in the powdered sugar, cocoa, flour, chocolate, and vanilla, ensuring it doesn’t clump. Stir until the consistency thickens or becomes pudding-like. If the liquid is too thin, add more flour. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the butter. Pour the still-liquid dessert into glasses and refrigerate for at least two hours. Sprinkle with pistachios or coconut flakes and garnish with fruit, if desired.
