simple, fast

Place the water in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Meanwhile, season the sliced pork on both sides with plenty of pepper and a little salt and sear it gently in a pan over low heat. Add a little water to remove any fat and seasoning that has formed in the pan. Add everything to the boiling water in the pot. Add the stock cubes and stir everything together. Season the soup with plenty of pepper until it tastes slightly peppery. Add the noodles and cook until tender. The udon noodles can also be replaced with other noodles, such as ramen noodles or soup noodles. Finally, season the soup with salt to taste, if desired. Optionally, sprinkle freshly sliced spring onions on top of each serving before serving. Enjoy!
