Super chocolaty Schogetten muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 60 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 1 pack of chocolate (Schogetten) to taste
  • 1 shot of rum
  • some milk to stir until smooth

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix. Add the butter and eggs. Whisk the batter with the rum and milk until smooth and supple. Roughly chop the dark chocolate and stir it into the batter. Pour the batter into a muffin tin lined with paper baking cups and firmly press two chocolate pieces into the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 20-25 minutes. Tip: If you like, you can also break the dark chocolate into the specified pieces; this creates delicious chocolate lakes.
