Super creamy cheesecake without a base

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g quark (can be low-fat quark)
  • 3 tbsp oil, neutral
  • 2 ½ packs of vanilla pudding powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 2 cups of sweet cream (200 g each)
  • 2 cups of sour cream (200 g each)
  • 3 drops of lemon flavor (lemon baking oil)
  • 1 tsp rum
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Fat and breadcrumbs for the form

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Combine the remaining ingredients and the egg yolks in a bowl, mix, and finally fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour the quark mixture into a greased and breadcrumb-coated baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 60-70 minutes without opening the oven door. Allow the cake to cool in the oven. Remove from the dish only after it has completely cooled.
