Super Dickmann's cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 9 chocolate kisses (Dickmann’s)
  • 250 g quark
  • ¼ liter whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cake base with edge
  • possibly fruits for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

quick and easy, good for children’s birthdays

Remove the waffle bases from the Dickmann’s. Break up the foam and mix it with the quark and lemon juice. Whip the cream and fold it into the mixture, then spread it all over the cake base. If desired, decorate the cake with fruit. The leftover waffles can also be used as additional decoration for the edge. Refrigerate the cake for 1 hour.
