Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 tortilla(s) , (wheat)
- 8 leaves of iceberg lettuce, large, or other crisp lettuce
- 1 large tomato(s)
- 40 g Parmesan cheese, in one piece
- 4 tsp, heaped crème fraîche
- 8 tsp ketchup
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
vegetarian snack wraps
Mix the ketchup and crème fraîche and spread it in the center of the flour tortillas. Place lettuce leaves in the center, top with tomato slices, and add thin slices of Parmesan cheese, preferably sliced with a grater. Fold the tortilla in at the bottom and then fold in both sides. Done! The wraps can be expanded as desired or depending on what’s in stock.
