  • 8 leaves of iceberg lettuce, large, or other crisp lettuce
  • 1 large tomato(s)
  • 40 g Parmesan cheese, in one piece
  • 4 tsp, heaped crème fraîche
  • 8 tsp ketchup

Instructions
