Super-fast raspberry yogurt bowl

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 packs of frozen raspberries (you can also use frozen wild berries)
  • 2 cups of Greek yogurt (500 g each)
  • ½ pack of brown sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

makes a statement and it couldn’t be faster!

First, fill a bowl with the frozen raspberries, then simply pour the Greek yogurt over the top. Sprinkle the yogurt thickly with brown sugar. Refrigerate until ready to serve, and you’re done! The brown sugar combines with the yogurt to create a sweet, brown top layer, and the rest tastes wonderfully light.
