Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180g Nutella
  • 1 egg(s) (room temperature)
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • some powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Combine Nutella, egg, flour, and baking powder in a bowl and mix until smooth. Form the dough into small walnut-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 8-10 minutes. Do not bake for longer, or the cookies will become too hard. Dust the cooled cookies with powdered sugar.
