Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 large carrot(s)
- 1 small parsnip(s)
- 1 piece(s) of celery (approx. 1/3 the size of a carrot)
- 1 piece(s) beetroot (approx. 1/3 the size of a carrot)
- 1 m.-sized apple
- 1 orange(s)
- ½ liter of water
- 1 tea bag (fruit tea)
- possibly sugar or sweetener
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Boil the water, pour it into a jug, and add the fruit tea. Let the tea cool. Add the vegetables to the juicer. If desired, you can remove the pulp and reduce it to vegetable stock. Peel the orange and add it to the juicer along with the apple. Mix the blended juice with the cold fruit tea, adding a little sugar or sweetener if desired.
