Spaghetti Bolognese for babies

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg carrot(s)
  • 5 large tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 200 g minced beef
  • some oil (e.g. rapeseed oil)
  • 150 g spaghetti, whole wheat
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and slice the carrots. Peel and deseed the tomatoes. Boil both in water until soft, drain some of the cooking water, and puree. Add the tomato paste. Finely chop the onion (you can omit it, depending on the child’s age) and fry it in oil with the ground beef until the meat is crumbly and brown. Mix the ground beef into the sauce. Cook the whole-wheat spaghetti, chop it very finely, and add it to the Bolognese. Freeze in portions. Stir in some of the juice before eating.
