Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 ½ kg roast pork
- 1 large onion(s)
- 5 cocktail tomatoes
- 1 sprig(s) rosemary
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 150 ml vegetable stock
- n. B. Hay
- e.g. mustard (beer mustard)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours
Season the meat with pepper and salt, then brush with mustard on all sides and sear briefly until lightly browned. Fill the roasting bag with hay, covering the bottom. Quarter the onion and halve the tomatoes. Place the roast on the hay and scatter the ingredients around it and on top of the meat. Place the rosemary sprig on top of the meat. Finally, add the stock. Seal the bag and cook the roast in the oven at 180°C for approximately 1.5 hours.
