Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g spelt flour type 630
- 20 g maca powder
- 20 g baobab powder
- 10 g turmeric powder
- 10 g salt
- 15 g sugar
- 25 g fresh yeast
- 300 ml water, lukewarm
Instructions

Dissolve the yeast and sugar in lukewarm water and let stand for 5 minutes. During this time, mix all the dry ingredients. Add the yeast water and knead everything into a smooth dough. Cover the dough and let it rise for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat a covered roasting pan in the oven to 230°C (top/bottom heat). After the rising time, knead and score the dough again, place it in the hot roasting pan, and place it in the oven, covered. Reduce the temperature to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Bake the bread for 45 minutes. Then remove the lid and bake the bread for a further 10 minutes. Then remove the bread from the roasting pan and let it cool on a wire rack. Tip: Instead of turmeric and the like, use alternatives such as spirulina or wheatgrass powder.
