Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of cream powder (vanilla galetta cream pudding)
  • 1 can tangerine(s) (drained weight 175 g)
  • 300 ml milk, cold
  • 100 ml cream, cold
  • 150 g natural yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drain the mandarins in a sieve, reserving the liquid. Briefly mix the milk, cream, 140 ml mandarin juice, and galetta on the lowest setting. Stir in the yogurt on the highest setting for 1 minute. Then fold in the mandarin oranges with a spoon, leaving 8 segments behind. Divide the cream among 4 dessert glasses and garnish with the remaining mandarin oranges. Based on 4 servings, one serving has 378 kcal.
