Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 40 g oat flakes, fine
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tsp, sautéed chia seeds
- 1 tsp coconut flakes
- 8 almonds, chopped
- 100 ml milk, alternatively soy milk, oat milk, or similar.
- 50 ml coconut milk
- 80 g natural yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes
Place all ingredients in a bowl, stir gently, cover and let stand in the refrigerator overnight.
