Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g milk, 1.5% fat
  • 10 g mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tbsp coconut blossom syrup
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
  • 100 g sunflower oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Quickly with the magic wand

Place the ingredients in a tall, narrow bowl in the order shown above. Place the wand into the bowl and hold it firmly on the bottom of the bowl. Blend for about 10 seconds at speed 2 with the whisk attachment. Then slowly pull the wand upwards at an angle. Repeat 2-3 times until the mixture sets.
