Crunchy muesli with dates

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g date(s), pitted and dried
  • 200 g oat flakes, fine
  • 150 g cashew nuts
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • n. B. Cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 45 minutes

Preheat oven to 120 degrees Celsius (250 degrees Fahrenheit) top/bottom heat. Puree the dates thoroughly. Roughly puree or chop the cashews. Mix the dates, cashews, oats, and chia seeds. Add cinnamon to taste. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 80-90 minutes. Stir the mixture halfway through. Then let the granola cool completely. Only then will it become truly crispy. This batch is enough for about 30 servings.
