Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 can of corn
  • 250 g surimi
  • mayonnaise
  • Sour cream or crème fraîche or sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

very light – perfect for summer

Dice the cucumber, onion, and surimi. Add the drained corn and mix everything with a 1:1 mayonnaise-sour cream mixture, or a little more mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. If desired, add finely chopped herbs, such as dill, chives, or parsley.
