Wash and trim the bell peppers, and cut into approximately 1 cm pieces. Peel the cucumber and also cut into 1 cm pieces. Cut the Edam and mozzarella cheeses into small pieces. Drain the olives. Form the minced meat into small balls. Press 1 piece of bell pepper, cucumber, Edam cheese, 1 olive, or 1 piece of mozzarella into the center of each ball and enclose it with the minced meat.
