Small cakes for Easter, baked in eggshells

You’ll need 10 blown-out eggshells. Mix the ingredients together to make a batter. Carefully break a small hole in the top of the eggshells and brush or rinse the insides with a little oil. Fold 10 small rings out of aluminum foil and place them in a springform pan. Place the eggshells in these rings with the hole facing up to prevent them from falling over. Fill about halfway with batter, using a piping bag if necessary, and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes. After baking, decorate the eggs as desired, for example, with small bows. Simply peel them before eating. Happy Easter!
