Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 5 eggs
- 250 g ground almonds or hazelnuts
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- ½ cup milk
- Fat and grated nuts for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Prepare a batter from the dough ingredients. Pour it into a greased Bundt pan sprinkled with hazelnuts or almonds and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 1 hour.
