  • 500 g Sushi rice
  • 300 g Smoked salmon
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 4 Boiled eggs
  • Salt, pepper, wasabi paste
  • Parika for garnish
  • 1 Nori sheet
  • Lettuce leaves
  1. 1. Divide the cooked sushi rice in half and spread one half in a cake ring about D = 20 cm on the base. 2. Spread the lettuce leaves on top and then the salmon. Brush with wasabi paste and slice the boiled eggs on top. 3. Peel the cucumber and remove the seeds and slice into thin strips, distribute these on the eggs. Salt and pepper. You can put thin slices of tomato on top, it also tastes delicious. 4. Now put the rest of the rice on top and a nori sheet cut out in a circle at the top. Garnish with sliced ​​paprika and place in the fridge for about 2 hours. 5. Take off the cake ring, cut it into pieces and enjoy! Also great for parties 🙂
