Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 slice(s) toast bread (American toast)
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 3 packs of tomatoes, pureed, seasoned (Tomato al Gusto)
  • 2 cups of crème fraîche, one with herbs
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 6 slices of cheese
  • 1 large can of mushrooms
  • herbs, Italian
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Toast the slices of bread and spread with crème fraîche. Dice the onions and fry them in a pan. Add the minced meat to the onions and fry everything until well cooked. Pour the passata over the meat and sprinkle with Italian herbs. Let everything simmer for a while. Season to taste. Place the slices of bread on a prepared baking sheet or in a baking dish and spread the minced meat mixture on top. Add the mushrooms to the minced meat mixture. Top with cheese and bake in the oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is the desired shade or has melted. After baking, arrange two slices of bread on each plate and serve. I serve it with cucumber salad with yogurt dressing.
