Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g noodles (Asian egg noodles)
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 bell peppers (yellow and red)
- 700 g Chinese cabbage or pointed cabbage
- 600 g beef (rump steak)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 piece(s) ginger, approx. walnut-sized
- 10 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper, black
- 1 sprig of coriander, for garnishing

Cook the noodles. Peel and finely dice the onions, garlic, and ginger. Slice the vegetables into strips and shred the meat. Season the meat and sear it thoroughly, then remove it from the pan. Fry the peppers with the onions and garlic in the drippings. Add the noodles, cabbage, and ginger and sauté for a few minutes. Finally, season with soy sauce and add the meat. Season to taste with pepper and soy sauce.
