  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • e.g. milk
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Briefly mix the sifted flour with the sugar, salt, and eggs. Now add enough milk to form a smooth batter. Pour this batter into a hot pan and fry briefly. Blend the mixture and fry as needed. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
