Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • ½ cube of yeast
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 50 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 250 g cooked ham, sliced
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder

Combine flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and warm water in a Tupperware “Peng” bowl to form a yeast dough. Close the lid and let it rise until the lid pops open. Alternatively, prepare the yeast dough the traditional way. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet and let it rise a little longer. Season the sour cream in a bowl with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and spread it on the yeast dough. Cut the cooked ham into small cubes and spread evenly over the sour cream. Finally, sprinkle the crumbled mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F). Let it cool slightly and enjoy!
