Sweaty Coleslaw

The perfect sweaty coleslaw recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 Medium white cabbage
  • 1 Onion
  • 150 gr Bacon
  • 1 tbsp Caraway seeds
  • 350 ml Chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • Salt pepper nutmeg sugar
  1. Cut or slice the white cabbage into narrow strips. Salt this well and sauté in a pan with oil for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add diced onion and bacon. Cook with caraway seeds for 10 minutes. Finally pour in the broth, stir in vinegar and mustard. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and sugar and let it steep.
