Swedish chocolate balls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter or margarine
  • 85 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 100 ml oat flakes
  • 2 tbsp coffee, strong, cold (possibly 3)
  • Desiccated coconut or granulated sugar, for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chocolate balls

Cream butter or margarine with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add cocoa, oats, and coffee and mix well. Form the dough into small round balls and roll in the sugar or coconut flakes. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
