Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled
- 100 g meat salad
- 2 anchovies
- 1 potato(s), boiled
- n. B. herb sauce
- e.g. radishes
- e.g. lettuce leaves
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Halve the eggs, remove the yolks, and mix well with the soaked and finely chopped anchovies, the finely diced potatoes, and the meat salad. Fill the egg halves with the mixture and smooth the surface. Pour the thick herb sauce over the egg halves. Slice the radishes, place the egg halves on the lettuce leaves, and garnish with the radishes.
