Swedish Plum Cake

- 200 g Butter
- 150 g Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 250 g Flour
- 100 g Food starch
- 1 packet Baking powder
Cinnamon and sugar mixture
- 200 g Sugar
- 2 Egg yolk
- 2 tsp Cinammon

- Breadcrumbs and some butter for the tray
- Wash, halve and stone the plums. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Grease the pan with butter and dust with breadcrumbs.
- For the dough, beat the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt with the whisk of the hand mixer until creamy. Stir in eggs one at a time. Mix the flour, starch and baking powder. Stir in briefly. Put the batter on the drip pan and smooth it out. Spread the plum halves tightly on the dough.
- Mix the egg yolk, cinnamon and sugar well with a fork. Spread the cinnamon and sugar mixture loosely on the plums with a spoon. Bake in the oven for about 50 minutes, remove and let cool. Enjoy with whipped cream.
