Sweet and Sour Bean Vegetables

The perfect sweet and sour bean vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Green beans
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 shot Vinegar
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Salt, pepper, moon amine, some water, fresh savory
  • 10 small Waxy potatoes
  1. Dice an onion and sauté in the fat. Add the chopped beans and savory. Add vinegar and sugar, add water and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 30 minutes, until the beans are firm to the bite (check more often!) Finally, bind with a little mondamine.
