Ingredients
- 500 g Green beans
- 1 Onion
- 1 shot Vinegar
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Salt, pepper, moon amine, some water, fresh savory
- 10 small Waxy potatoes
Instructions
- Dice an onion and sauté in the fat. Add the chopped beans and savory. Add vinegar and sugar, add water and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 30 minutes, until the beans are firm to the bite (check more often!) Finally, bind with a little mondamine.
- While doing this, put the potatoes on top. Arrange on a plate and serve.
