  • 3 tsp cinnamon sugar
  • 1 stale roll

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

crispy sweet

Stale rolls, baguettes, and conveniently sliced bread are suitable, but make sure the bread doesn’t have too much character. Baguettes and rolls should be cut into thin slices. For the topping, mix the coconut oil with the cinnamon sugar. Spread the resulting paste on both sides of the bread slices and place them on baking paper. Bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat, preheated) for about 5 minutes. The edges should brown slightly, and the topping should visibly bubble during baking. Then let it cool and store in a dry place, if it survives until then.
