Sweet breakfast with quinoa

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100g quinoa
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 100 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 tbsp, heaped flaxseed, crushed
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under hot water and add it to the boiled water with a pinch of salt. Cook for about 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and let it swell for a few minutes. Finely dice the pear and banana. You can also use other fruit, such as raisins or chopped figs, and cook them with the quinoa until soft. Place the fruit in a bowl. Stir in the quinoa. Season with agave syrup. Stir in the flaxseed meal and pour over the soy milk.
