Sweet Cinnamon Swirls

Ingredients
 

  • Yeast dough:
  • 500 g Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 75 g Melt butter, lukewarm
  • 250 ml Milk lukewarm
  • 0,5 cube Yeast
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • Filling:
  • 90 g Butter
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 2 tsp Cinammon

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the milk.
  • Put the remaining ingredients in a bowl and add the yeast milk and knead everything into a smooth, soft dough that is no longer sticky. If the dough is still sticky, add a little more flour. Let the dough rise for 45 minutes.
  • While waiting, mix the softened butter with the sugar and cinnamon. Knead the finished dough again and roll it out into a rectangle 60x35 cm. Spread the cinnamon butter on only half of the rectangle. Now lay the other half over it.
  • Cut the dough into 20 strips, twist each strip and place on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 200 ° and bake the cinnamon swirls for 10 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet.
