Ingredients
- Yeast dough:
- 500 g Flour
- 1 Egg
- 75 g Melt butter, lukewarm
- 250 ml Milk lukewarm
- 0,5 cube Yeast
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- Filling:
- 90 g Butter
- 80 g Sugar
- 2 tsp Cinammon
Instructions
- Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the milk.
- Put the remaining ingredients in a bowl and add the yeast milk and knead everything into a smooth, soft dough that is no longer sticky. If the dough is still sticky, add a little more flour. Let the dough rise for 45 minutes.
- While waiting, mix the softened butter with the sugar and cinnamon. Knead the finished dough again and roll it out into a rectangle 60x35 cm. Spread the cinnamon butter on only half of the rectangle. Now lay the other half over it.
- Cut the dough into 20 strips, twist each strip and place on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 200 ° and bake the cinnamon swirls for 10 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet.
