Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes, small
  • 50 g butter
  • 200 g sugar, as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

classic side dish to kale

Boil the small potatoes with their skins on and then peel them. Heat butter in a pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown. Finally, add the sugar to the pan and let it caramelize.
