Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes, small
- 50 g butter
- 200 g sugar, as desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
classic side dish to kale
Boil the small potatoes with their skins on and then peel them. Heat butter in a pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown. Finally, add the sugar to the pan and let it caramelize. When the sugar is brown, the sweet potatoes are ready to serve. My mother makes these potatoes for her annual kale dinner. A poem…
