Core the apple and pear and cut all the fruit into large cubes (e.g., 2 x 2 cm). Mix the cubes and place in a baking dish. Mix the yogurt with the semolina and vanilla sugar thoroughly. You can use a hand mixer if you like, but a whisk also works well. Season to taste with sweetener and lemon flavor. If you’re using canned peaches, for example, you can add a little more liquid, and raisins are also delicious (points!). If you have enough allowance, you can sweeten with honey instead of sweetener. If you prefer it less thick, add a splash of milk. Spread the mixture over the fruit and bake in the oven at 160-180°C (fan oven) for about 30 minutes. The casserole is ready when a nice yellow-brown crust has formed. This makes a huge portion. It’s certainly enough for two. WW – 5.3 P
