Sweet Gruel

The perfect sweet gruel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 350 ml Milk
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 30 g Flour
  • 2 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  1. Bring 1,300ml milk with sugar and salt to the boil. Mix 50ml milk with the flour and add to the boiling milk, stirring constantly, until the desired consistency is achieved.
  1. Pour the soup into a cup and put a bit of butter on it. Already finished 😉
