Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 200 g ladyfingers
  • 800 ml sweet cream
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 600 g natural yogurt
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 kg red currant jelly
  • 1 bar of white chocolate (100 g)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 20 minutes

Addictive dessert

Line a baking dish with the sponge fingers. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Combine the mascarpone, yogurt, sugar, and vanilla sugar, and fold in the whipped cream. Spread the mixture over the sponge fingers and smooth it down slightly. Spread the berry compote on top and finally grate and sprinkle the chocolate over the top. Refrigerate for a few hours, or overnight, to allow the mixture to set.
