Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 1 large can of peach(s)
  • 1 large can of pineapple
  • 4 apples
  • 3 bananas
  • 400 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 600 g cream
  • 3 packs of cream stiffener
  • g red currant jelly
  • 100 g almond flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes

Dice the fruit, slice the bananas, and mix everything together. Transfer to a large glass bowl, cover with the juice from the cans, and smooth the mixture evenly. Sprinkle the oatmeal over the top. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff, fold into the quark, and spread over the oatmeal as the next layer. Spread the red fruit compote evenly over the quark and cream mixture. Lightly toast the flaked almonds in a pan and sprinkle over the red fruit compote. It’s best to refrigerate the salad overnight.
