Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 tbsp oil (hazelnut oil)
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- 1 pot of lemon balm
- 30 g pistachios, unsalted
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
versatile, e.g. with panna cotta
Roast the pistachios in a dry pan and let them cool slightly. Wash and dry the lemon balm, then pluck the leaves from the stems. Combine all ingredients and puree.
