Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 head of lettuce
- 125 g lean bacon
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- Vinegar
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Dice the bacon and fry it in a pan. Trim, wash, and finely chop the lettuce. Peel and dice the onions. In a bowl, mix the vinegar, salt, sugar, and pepper until the salt and sugar dissolve. Then add the oil and onions. Add the lettuce and bacon to the sauce and mix well.
